General Information


  • The Trojan Classic will be using the North Carolina State Adjudication System.

  • Dressing rooms are available.  If you do not need them, your arrival time may be adjusted accordingly.

  • PA sheet should be given to the Registration Chair upon arrival.

  • We have transportation for your pit equipment as needed.

  • Taping facilities are not available due to space limitations.

  • Schedule of all events will be sent as soon as possible to all participating band directors.

  • You will have ample time in the warm up area and will then be escorted to the stadium gate at your assigned time.  PLEASE LEAVE WHEN TOLD TO DO SO.  We will not run late.  Water will be available for performing bands as they exit the stadium.

  • Photographer will be available to take portraits of your band at the conclusion of their performance.  Please feel free to take advantage of their services.

  • Please have your band sit on the visitors side after their performance.

  • Our world-renowned Directors Hospitality tent will be located at the end of the field.  This facility is available for all band directors, staff instructors and drivers only.
